Bicep Workouts

Okay – Okay, I told my wife I would write the review so I am finally sitting down to write the review.

A while back, my wife and I started following the advice of Jon Benson in our bicep workouts and I have to say that I am impressed. There are literally thousands of fitness “Gurus” out there, but Jon’s program and follow-up are some of the best items that I have ever tried.

We tried to program our bicep workouts to lose weight and tone-up, but we weren’t getting the results that we wanted. We noticed that we were spending more and more time working out in the garage and seeing the Plateau effect.

We decided to try Jon’s programs and they have been very effective.

We have noticed that we are back to spending less time (and for those of you who know me, I don’t want to spend an extra minute in the gym) working out and more time enjoying our family. We have gotten the focus back and the intensity has increased dramatically. My wife and I have seen our waistlines shrinking and the muscle tone coming back.

Our bicep workouts have gotten fun again and we look forward to each day with a renewed vigor!

 Bicep Workouts Recommendations

Now, the program that we have tried and that I cannot recommend enough is the 7 Minute Muscle system. Don’t let the name fool ya, it’s not as easy as it sounds. These workouts can be as short or as long as you desire and are completely usable for any fitness level.

I enjoy them because in a short amount of time, I get a great metabolic conditioning workout as well as strength and fat loss.

The book walks you through the entire program as well as the science and theory behind the ideas. It will get you started on your way to looking and feeling great. The videos are the most helpful part of the program for me and my wife. We have watched them several times after some “debates” over how to utilize the system.

Simply by following The 7 Minute Muscle Program, our bicep workouts stay on track and we have been feeling great.

Do yourselves a favor and try out Jon’s system for a while and I gaurantee that you will feel and look better than you have in years.

Look, if you have tried different programs, systems, or trainers with little results – I understand.
